GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently Asked

Questions

Clear answers to common questions about our same day courier service.

Ask a question
How much does van hire with a driver cost?

The rate is £30 per hour. For journeys outside Rugby town, £1 per mile is added for the one-way distance from Rugby. Send the job details for a quote before booking.

When does the hourly charge start and stop?

Time is charged from when the van leaves Rugby until it returns to Rugby. This includes driving and the time you spend loading and unloading.

Will the driver help load or unload?

No. This is a self-load service. You’ll need to load and unload your items and arrange any extra help needed for heavy or bulky goods.

Can I use the van for a small house move?

Yes, if your belongings fit safely in the van and you can arrange the loading and unloading. Multiple trips are also possible if needed. Send a list of items when requesting a quote so their suitability can be checked.

Can I book on the same day?

Same-day bookings may be possible, depending on availability. Pre-booking is also welcome.
